Warranty & Invoicing Administrator

We are recruiting for a Warranty & Invoicing Administrator to join our Enfield depot. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a professional approach who can support the smooth day-to-day running of the depot and wider business.

Salary ranges from £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience. The role is based on a 40-hour working week, Monday-Friday, 8am-4.30pm, alongside 31 days holiday including Bank Holidays.

 

The Role

As a Warranty & Invoicing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the accurate compilation, submission, and administration of warranty and repair & maintenance claims across multiple vehicle manufacturers.

The role helps ensure claims, payments, records, and reports are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the smooth operation of the depot and wider team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous warranty, invoicing, or automotive/vehicle industry experience
  • Experience working with multiple manufacturers or franchises
  • Report preparation and data analysis experience
  • Confident communication with customers and suppliers

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, submit, and manage warranty and repair & maintenance claims for multiple manufacturers, including HGV and LCV
  • Monitor claim progress and respond to queried or rejected claims in a timely manner
  • Verify manufacturer payments and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Produce and populate reports as required by management
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to process payments and resolve queries
  • Provide administrative support to depot staff, including handling emails and queries
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as directed by management

HGV Technician

Looking for your next move in a busy commercial vehicle workshop?

Norfolk Truck & Van is recruiting HGV Technicians for our Ipswich and Enfield depots. We’re looking for experienced technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely and want to be part of a professional team focused on keeping customer vehicles road-ready.

Salary & Benefits

  • £36,000 – £48,000 depending on experience and shift pattern
  • 31 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Overtime available
  • 40 hours per week
  • Various shift patterns available

The Role

As an HGV Technician, you’ll carry out the repair, maintenance and inspection of heavy goods vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications, company procedures and health & safety standards.

The role helps ensure customer vehicles are maintained to a high standard of safety, reliability and compliance while supporting workshop efficiency and uptime for operators.

Essential Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
  • Previous experience working in a workshop environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven technical competence in the repair and maintenance of HGVs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage varied workloads
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Class 1 or Class 2 HGV licence
  • Tachograph licence
  • Previous main dealership experience
  • Diagnostic technician experience with strong fault-finding skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer procedures and company standards
  • Complete all work safely and responsibly
  • Assist with fault diagnosis and technical problem-solving on HGVs and associated equipment
  • Follow warranty procedures and complete warranty documentation accurately
  • Complete job cards, repair orders and time recording in line with company procedures
  • Follow instructions detailed on job cards and repair orders to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation
  • Keep tools, equipment and facilities safe, clean and serviceable
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support workshop efficiency and workflow
  • Support the development of new processes and improvements to workshop procedures
  • Participate in training and development activities to maintain and improve technical knowledge and skills
