Keeping Business Moving with our Latest Truck Handovers

There’s nothing better than handover day, and we’ve had plenty of them over the past couple of months. It’s been another busy period across our depots, with new Renault Trucks heading out to businesses in recycling, logistics, food production and haulage.

Each one has been prepped, checked and set up to suit the job it’s built for. Here’s a closer look at some of the latest additions to our customers’ fleets.

Richardson Recycling

We’ve just handed over a brand-new Renault Trucks T High 6×2 to Daniel Richardson at Richardson Recycling – their first Renault and a proper fleet upgrade.

Prepped at our Norwich depot, this truck was fully equipped and ready to go with a light bar, alloy wheels, microwave, rear perimeter lights and twin line hydraulics. It’s been fitted with a specialist recycling body and is ready to get straight to work.

Richardson Recycling has built a strong reputation across East Anglia as a one-stop recycling and materials solution. They specialise in SMR (Structural Material for Reinstatement), turning excavation spoil and waste materials into high-quality reusable products, helping to divert waste from landfill and reduce the need for virgin aggregates.

It’s a pleasure to work with a business that does such positive work for Norfolk’s environment and economy.

Harris Transport

Another addition to the Harris Transport fleet saw Sales Executive Mark Pitcher hand over their new Renault Trucks T High 480 6×2.

This variant of the T High is a solid choice for operators covering long distances. With its 6×2 axle configuration and high cab specification, its designed to balance performance, driver comfort and fuel efficiency. For businesses clocking up motorway miles or running regular trunk routes, that combination matters.

A straightforward addition to the fleet, built for the kind of work it’s there to do.

Wright’s Flour

We recently handed over a Renault Trucks D to Jack Morgan and the team at Wright’s flour – the first of three on their way.

Founded over 150 years ago, Wright’s Flour is a prosperous business that has been passed down through 6 generations. From its beginnings in the 1800s, the business had grown into one of the UK’s leading independent flour millers, supplying everyone from artisan bakers to major food manufacturers and retailers. Today, operations span three sites across Harlow, Enfield, and Ponders End.

Running daily food deliveries across the UK demands vehicles that work hard, reduce downtime and handle busy urban routes with ease. The Renault Trucks D is built exactly for that kind of job.

It’s great to see a long-established family business continuing to invest in its fleet and future.

Transmode Logistics

Three more Renault Trucks T480 sleeper cabs have joined our friends at Transmode Logistics, ready to get straight to work.

Based in East Anglia, Transmode operates a modern fleet providing distribution across the UK and Europe. With an operation that runs around the clock, supporting major distribution networks and delivering everything from general haulage to specialist freight, reliability is key. Having trucks that are fully prepared and ready from day one helps keep everything running as it should.

We’ve worked with the team at Transmode for a while now, and it’s always good to see their fleet continuing to grow.

Planning your next fleet move

It’s always good to see trucks heading out to businesses that keep the region moving. At Norfolk Truck & Van, every handover is about making sure the vehicle is right for the job and fully prepared before it leaves our depot.

The right vehicle, set up properly from the outset, helps keep downtime low and operations running smoothly.
