We are pleased to announce that Norfolk Truck & Van has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Aftersales Excellence Award at this year’s Commercial Motor Industry Awards.
The award recognises commercial vehicle dealers who consistently deliver outstanding aftersales support, rewarding businesses that demonstrate strong customer retention, best practice in workshop operations and initiatives.
Being named a finalist is a great achievement for the entire Norfolk Truck & Van team and reflects the commitment shown across our depots in Norwich, Ipswich and Enfield.
Supporting customers beyond the sale
Aftersales has always been a core part of what we do at Norfolk Truck & Van. Many of our customers have worked with us for years, returning not only for servicing and maintenance but also when they are ready to upgrade or expand their fleet.
Our workshops provide manufacturer-approved servicing and diagnostics for Renault vehicles and Isuzu trucks, alongside MOT preparation, repairs, and genuine parts supply. Each job is managed by a dedicated service advisor, helping ensure customers have a clear point of contact from booking through to delivery.
Alongside workshop support, we’ve continued to make it easier for customers to stay in touch with their local depot. Over the past year, we’ve introduced new website tools and regular updates to help customers quickly access servicing, MOT support, and parts information when they need it.
Working with businesses across the region
A big part of our business is the long-standing relationships we’ve built with operators across the region.
During the year, we’ve worked with customers such as Transmode Logistics, who expanded their fleet with several Renault Trucks vehicles, and Hudson White Services, whose bespoke Renault T520 went on to appear at truck shows across the country.
We also regularly share vehicle handovers and workshop updates on our social channels, giving a glimpse into what’s happening across our depots and the businesses we work with.
