Front review of the Renault E-Tech D Wide

Renault Trucks E-Tech D Wide

The Renault E-Tech D Wide Electric is built for urban work that needs higher payloads and specialist bodywork. It’s designed for roles such as waste, municipal, and heavy urban distribution.

Description

The Renault E-Tech D Wide Electric is designed for urban work where higher payloads and specialist bodywork are required. It suits roles such as waste collection, municipal services, and other intensive city based operations.

Compared to the standard E-Tech D, the D Wide offers a higher payload capability and heavier bodies (waste, refrigerated, municipal). This allows it to carry heavier bodies and equipment that are not suitable for standard urban distribution trucks.

The D Wide E-Tech’s electric drivetrain is well suited to stop-start city work, where vehicles operate at low speeds and make frequent stops.
